Use HomeBranch with your e-reader app
OPDS lets e-reader apps browse and download from your HomeBranch Cloud library. You only need three things.

1. Catalog URL
Some apps only support the older format. This is the standard OPDS 1 address. Apps that support OPDS 2 can use

2. Username
The email address you signed up with.

3. Password
Your HomeBranch Cloud password. Use basic authentication if the app asks for a type.
Setup by app
KOReader (e-ink, Android, Kindle, Kobo)
Open the top menu, choose the search icon, then OPDS catalog. Tap the + button, enter a name, paste the catalog URL, and fill in your email as the username and your password. Save, then open the catalog and download books.
Moon+ Reader (Android)
Open Net Library, tap the + icon to add a catalog, enter a name and the catalog URL, then enter your email and password when asked.
Thorium Reader (desktop)
Open Catalogs, choose Add, paste the catalog URL, and sign in with your email and password when prompted.
Panels, Yomu, KyBook (iOS)
Add a new OPDS source or catalog, paste the catalog URL, and enter your email as the username with your password.
Menu names vary by app version. Any app that supports OPDS catalogs with basic authentication will work.
Troubleshooting
- Login keeps failing: sign in to your account on the web with the same email and password to confirm they are correct. You can reset your password from the sign in page.
- Access denied or forbidden: your subscription must be active. Check your account. Suspended or canceled accounts cannot use OPDS.
- No books appear: upload books in the HomeBranch web app first. OPDS shows what is in your library.
